The Business Development Program provides repayable, interest-free and unsecured loans to entrepreneurs in Atlantic Canada so that they can establish, expand and modernize their businesses.

Eligibility Information
Projects must meet the following criteria:
- offer economic benefits for an area or a community
- demonstrate a need for financial assistance
- be economically viable
- other criteria may apply
