Heart Health Program Where can I get information on the Heart Health Program?The PEI Heart Health Program is a Federal/Provincial initiative to help individuals and community groups cause change in the way Islanders live. The Program is coordinated through a committee of representatives of health-concernd agencies and government, health professionals, and members-at-large. PEI Heart Health Program is a partner in the Canadian Heart Health Database Centre
Islanders can access heart health or cardiovascular related resources through the Canadian Health Network which is designed for the Canadian public.
