InfoPEIHOME / HEALTH / PHYSICAL HEALTH / Allergy/Asthma Information Association The mission of the Allergy/Asthma Information Association is to develop awareness of the seriousness of allergic disease, including asthma, and to enable allergic individuals, their families and caregivers to increase control over allergy symptoms. We provide leadership in information, education, and advocacy in partnership with health care professionals, business, industry and government. We offer accurate, up-to-date information to help understand and manage allergy symptoms. Gives all members a subscription to AAIA Quarterly (a magazine containing scientific discoveries, product news and information). Regional offices offers workshops and seminars and chapter meetings. Telephone counselling. Information letters on all aspects of allergy and asthma, cookbooks, allergy buttons for children, restaurant warning card, parent package for children in schools. Yearly membership fee of $35.00.
