Council For A Smoke-free P.E.I. (C.S.F.P.E.I.) Council for a Smoke-Free P.E.I. aims to help eliminate tobacco related health hazards; to help coordinate activities among provincial and regional groups and individuals concerned with eliminating the health hazards of Tobacco; to provide consultative services to government and health organizations; and to promote legislation to regulate and eventually eliminate the promotion, distribution and use of tobacco.
