The office of the Director is located at the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (IRAC). What does the Director of Residential Rental Property (Rentalsman) do? The Director, or an officer delegated by the Director, is primarily responsible for dealing with disputes between landlords (lessors) and tenants (lessees).
