Manic Depression Self-help Group

Manic Depression Self-Help Group has come together out of a need to support one another when diagnosed with manic depression. By meeting together we are able to find the skills necessary to stay well. We learn from the group what the illness really is, how to cope with it, how to spot symptoms and reduce the stress related to it.
