Mutual Aid Support Group

The Mutual Aid Support Group promotes the health and welfare of the individual. This group is beneficial to any individual seeking to improve their coping skills. Group members may experience a variety of difficulties. In fact, some variety is beneficial. The group operates on an "open" basis. The leadership style is non-directive.

8 - 12 members which are assembled for a 90 minute session, in a relaxed informal community environment.
