Counselling Model
The Counselling process is based on a sense of rapport,
trust,respect,confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
Each person is unique and important. Their input is very
much valued in the counselling process and is very necessary
ingredient in the process of gathering information.
The session are conducted in a warm inviting atmosphere and
the number of sessions can vary from one to several
depending upon the need.
Groups
Life Skills such as stress management, relaxation techniques, anger management, confidence building, etc.
Counselling sessions are by appointment. Efforts will be
made to accomodate the client day or evening.
