Women in Guiding
Women in Guiding Guiders work directly with girls, providing leadership for their groups and adventurous, challenging program activities. Commissioners provide administrative support with their leaders of Councils, Guiding's governing bodies. Various Committees are responsible for different aspects of Guiding: the girls' program, health & safety standards for camp and outdoor activities, and leadership training for adults. Other members advice Councils on financial management and future planning. Everyone is responsible for promoting Guiding and its Aim and Objectives
to the general public.
