Environmental Health



The Office of Environmental Health is part of the Department of Health & Social Services, Division of Regulatory Services. Environmental Health provides the delivery of various programs and services under the PEI Public Health Act and Regulations, the Federal Tobacco Act, and the PEI Tobacco Sales to Minors Act and Regulations. Our main focus includes the enforcement of regulations, education, and illness prevention.
