The Secretariat, Official Language Minority Communities (SOLMC), coordinates the efforts of Human Resources and Skills Development Canada in recognizing the Francophone and Acadian communities outside Quebec and the Anglophone community in Quebec as target audiences in order to provide them with access to programs and services.
