PEI Advisory Council on the Status of Women (PEI ACSW)

The PEI Advisory Council on the Status of Women (PEI ACSW) is a government appointed Council of nine women who share a vision: respect and equality of opportunity for all people, regardess of gender, race, religion, wealth or ability. Council works for equality, and supports women's full and active participation in social, legal, cultural, economic and political spheres of life. We are an at arms length Government agency.

This program provides women with the opportunity to join together and to be heard as one voice. We support such programs as World March 2000 and PEI ACSW.
