Its Mission is to "Provide some of the food requirements of needy people in Prince Edward Island." This mission is fulfilled primarily through: Food Bank The Food Bank is located at 33 Belmont Street, Charlottetown. It is opened Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9 a.m. - 11 a.m., providing a food box for each individual/family each month. Telephone 892-7092. The Soup Kitchen The Soup Kitchen is located at 101 Richmond Street, Charlottetown, next to the Arts Guild, serving Monday to Friday, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., and Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.. Meals are available on most weekends. Telephone 892-1995. The Ministry is operated by a Volunteer Board, meeting monthly, with the Annual Meeting in November, open to the public.
