Request for Conciliation Officer

How can I request the use of a Conciliation Officer in a dispute about a collective agreement?

In accordance with section 25(b) of the Prince Edward Island Labour Act, when the parties are unable to conclude a collective agreement, they may request the Minister Responsible for Labour to appoint a conciliation officer. Please complete a signed "Request for Appointment of a Conciliation Officer" and forward to the minister’s office.
