SCHEDULE VI
SPECIAL HARVESTING AREAS (FISH)
Pursuant to 12.4.4(a) and subject to the commercial fishing licences existing at the date of settlement legislation, the following special harvesting areas for the harvesting of fish are created. Persons who are not participants may only sport fish in accordance with legislation and no person, other than a person referred to in 12.7.3(c), may commercially harvest fish in the following areas, namely:
