That portion of Parcel R-40A lying within the Community Boundary of the City of Whitehorse That portion of Parcel R-75A lying within the Community Boundary of the City of Whitehorse as described in Appendix A - Settlement Land Descriptions, attached to this Agreement; and Those portions of the land which is retained as a Reserve pursuant to 4.1.1.1(a) of this Agreement shown:
