Investing in Their Future presents the results of the Canadian Post-secondary Student Financial Survey. Canadian Post-secondary Student Financial Survey was commissioned by the CMSF, CMEC, and HRSDC and was designed to capture baseline information from post-secondary students about their financial situation at the beginning of the 2003-04 school year as well as their monthly income and expenditures during the school year.  The study also investigated the views and experiences of parents: the amounts they contributed, their methods of saving for their children’s post-secondary education and the impact of this financial contribution on other financial decisions in the household.
