The Statutory Instruments (Regulations) (SORs) that have been provided are amendments to the Employment Insurance Regulations as approved by the Governor General in Council on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Development Canada. Access to these amendments will give the user a snap shot of the wording of a section of the EI Regulations at any given point in time.
The Statutory Instruments (Regulations) (SORs) are referenced throughout the current version of the Employment Insurance Regulations. These references have been placed at the very end of the section that has been amended. We have also provided links from these references in order that the user may view the wording of any amendment.
