The Excellence Awards Program - National In-Course Awards provides awards based on exceptional merit to post-secondary students who have completed their first or second year of study in a program leading to a degree, a diploma or a certificate.
- EDC International Studies Scholarship Program
The EDC International Studies Scholarships Program provides scholarships to undergraduate students pursuing studies in business administration or economics, and to graduate students pursuing a Masters of Business Administration degree.
- Canada Access Grant for Students from Low-Income Families
The Canada Access Grant for Students from Low-Income Families is awarded to first-time students from a low-income family in their first year of post-secondary studies.
- Canada Study Grant for Students with Dependants
The Canada Study Grant for Students with Dependants is awarded to students who have dependants and who demonstrate financial need exceeding the established amounts in their combined federal and provincial loans.
- Canada Study Grant for High-need Part-time Students
The Canada Study Grant for High-need Part-time Students is awarded to part-time students who demonstrate financial need in excess of established loan amounts.
- Canada Study Grant for Females Pursuing Doctoral Studies
The Canada Study Grant for Females Pursuing Doctoral Studies is awarded to women pursuing full-time doctoral studies in specific fields.
- Youth Employment Strategy - Skills Link
The Skills Link program helps youth facing barriers obtain the knowledge and develop the broad range of skills and work experience they need to participate in the job market.
- Apprenticeship Incentive Grant
The Apprenticeship Incentive Grant will provide direct support to apprentices in the first two years of an approved apprenticeship training program. The grant is to be established January 1st, 2007.
- Canada Graduate Scholarships Program - Master's Scholarships
The Canada Graduate Scholarships Program - Master's Scholarships offers scholarships to students who intend to pursue full-time studies at the master's level in a discipline relating to the social sciences and humanities field.
- Canada Graduate Scholarships Program - Doctoral Scholarships
The Canada Graduate Scholarships Program - Doctoral Scholarships provides scholarships to doctoral students who have achieved academic excellence in their undergraduate and graduate studies in the field of social sciences and humanities.

The Explore program offers bursaries to Canadian students to participate in intensive five-week language-learning courses in English or French at accredited institutions across Canada.
- Destination Clic
The Programme Destination Clic offers bursaries to Canadian francophone students who reside in a province or territory other than Quebec for five-week proficiency courses in French at accredited institutions.
- Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada's Scholarship and Fellowship Programs
The Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada’s Scholarship and Fellowship Programs offer research grants to qualifying students in the fields of natural sciences and engineering.
Youth and Students can also receive:
- Skills Development
The Skills Development program provides a negotiated amount of financial support for skills training to Employment Insurance eligible individuals.
- Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP)
The Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP) allows individuals to withdraw funds from their registered retirement savings plans (RRSPs) to finance training or education for themselves or their spouse or common-law partner.
