Scenic Drives
The Byways are the Best Ways

Over the years we have learned that to truly appreciate Prince Edward Island we have had to find the roads less travelled,
where we slow down and admire the cobalt-blue sky and smell the fresh-mown grass. In the process we have rediscovered
the Island's three scenic drives - North Cape Coastal Drive, Blue Heron
and Points East Coastal Drive. All have provided us with many pleasant memories. Most of our PEI trips
have involved following along the scenic drives, and adding our own diversions here and there. We have found some real
gems during these ventures, places we have circled on our well-worn PEI map as a reminder to some day return.
