Review of THE CANADA-ONTARIO AGREEMENT
RESPECTING THE GREAT LAKES BASIN ECOSYSTEM

The objective of the review was to work with internal and external stakeholders to identify issues and make recommendations related to the current agreement and how it is being administered so that they could be considered in the renegotiation of a potential new agreement. Ogilvie, Ogilvie and Company was hired to undertake the review. The review engaged stakeholders through surveys, interviews and focus group sessions.
