Ontario Region has recently reviewed the recruitment requirements and have determined employer will not be required to submit proof of recruitment or advertising with their application for a Labour Market Opinion under Live in Caregiver Program. At this time Ontario Region has determined there is a shortage of qualified available Canadians and/or permanent residents to fill live in caregiver positions.
