International Joint Commission Final Report - March 31, 2005
On March 31, 2005, the International Joint Commission (IJC) released its report, "Transboundary Impacts of the Missisquoi Bay Causeway and the Missisquoi Bay Bridge Project." Drawing on the work of its four-member task force, whose findings are included in an appendix, the IJC recommends removal of the causeway and increased investments to reduce phosphorous inputs.
