In July 2004, the International Air Quality Advisory Board and the Commission for Environmental Co-operation sponsored a Coal-fired Consultation meeting. This report includes the background material presented at the meeting, as well as material provided by governments, industry and NGOs.

International Joint Commission Final Report - March 31, 2005
On March 31, 2005, the International Joint Commission (IJC) released its report, "Transboundary Impacts of the Missisquoi Bay Causeway and the Missisquoi Bay Bridge Project." Drawing on the work of its four-member task force, whose findings are included in an appendix, the IJC recommends removal of the causeway and increased investments to reduce phosphorous inputs.
