Canada Access Grant for Students with Permanent Disabilities
The Canada Access Grant for Students with Permanent Disabilities (PDF Format - 652 kb) is awarded to high-need students with permanent disabilities who must cover the cost of educational and living expenses that exceeds the amount covered by Canada Student Loan and provincial financial assistance.

Eligibility Information
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- have a permanent disability (supported by appropriate medical documentation)
- be eligible for a full-time or part-time Canada Student Loan
- other criteria may apply
Application Information
- Eligibility for this grant is determined during the assessment of the student loan application.
- Loan application forms are available from provincial and territorial student assistance offices, and at financial aid offices in educational institutions.
