Bursary Program
The Bursary Program awards bursaries to post-secondary students based on financial need and merit. Bursaries are awarded in collaboration with provincial and territorial financial assistance programs, which forward a list of eligible candidates to the Canada Millennium Scholarship Foundation.

Eligibility Information
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- be Canadian citizens or permanent residents
- be enrolled full-time in a post-secondary institution recognized by provincial and territorial financial assistance programs
- have successfully completed 60% of a full year of post-secondary education
- qualify for financial assistance in their province or territory of residence
- other criteria may apply
Application Information
- Students who qualify for financial assistance in their province or territory of residence are automatically considered for a bursary.
- Application forms are available at financial assistance offices in post-secondary institutions.
