This report is prepared annually for the September Meeting of the Canadian Association of Administrators of Labour Legislation (CAALL). It summarizes significant changes adopted or proposed in the previous 12 months by the various Canadian jurisdictions in the fields of minimum employment standards, industrial relations (i.e. collective bargaining) and occupational health and safety.
