Resolution Framework
The Resolution Framework implements an application process, known as the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process, which provides out-of-court settlement of compensation claims made by former students of Indian residential schools.

Financial Information
- The adjudicator determines compensation amounts for valid claims.
- Indian Residential Schools Resolution Canada will pay part of the legal costs of applicants who participate in the process.
