The Farm Debt Mediation Service offers financial reviews and mediation services to insolvent farmers and their creditors, with or without a stay of proceedings.

Eligibility Information
Applicants must meet at least one of the following criteria:
- be unable to meet deadlines concerning financial obligations
- own property whose value does not cover the settlement of all financial obligations
- other criteria may apply
