On-line Forms
Summary of On-line Forms
The Form
Forms for each type of submission are accessed through
an instruction page. Once you have filled in the form, the system validates the
mandatory fields. These mandatory requirements must be met before the process
continues. Once the process is completed you will see either a transmission
notice or a receipt. Either of these may be kept as a record of your
transaction.

environment.
