Register to Collect PST/Environment Tax

Where can I get information on how to register as a vendor to collect revenue tax (PST) and Environment Tax?

If you make retail sales of taxable goods, you must register as a vendor under the Revenue Tax Act.

Every retailer or vendor of new tires must also be registered to collect and remit environment tax under the Environment Tax Act.

To register, you must complete the Application for Registration as a Vendor form. There is no fee to apply. You should carefully complete all sections of the application which are relevent to your business.
