Canadian Academic Expertise in Environmental and Sustainable Development

This database contains a non-exhaustive list of researchers from the humanities and social sciences whose fields of work include the environment, climate change, and sustainable development. Researchers are grouped by faculty, institutional affiliation and area of expertise.

The database was created by Dr. Philippe Crabbé of the University of Ottawa in 2000, and updated and adapted for the Internet in 2003 by Environment Canada. Click on a link to see the names under that discipline.

The names included in this database are provided as a convenience only. Environment Canada is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of this database. Inclusion in this database of a particular name in no way implies endorsement of that individual by Environment Canada.
