11. Ministerial Delegation of Authority Document

11.1. To accomplish the assigned mandate in the most effective and efficient manner, the Minister has delegated authority to specific positions within the Civil Aviation Directorate for various sections of either the Aeronautics Act or the CARs or both. See Annex A to this chapter for authority that has been delegated to the Chief, CACO, and CACO officers.
