Canada Shipping Act and found to comply in all respects with the regulations and standards
made thereunder, a Letter of Compliance shall be issued in the format shown in Schedule I
hereto. SCHEDULE I (OIL BARGE STANDARDS, Section 90) LETTER OF COMPLIANCE FOR A NON SELF-PROPELLED CLASS..... OIL BARGE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY: 1. That the above mentioned oil barge has been duly inspected in accordance with the
provisions of the Canada Shipping Act and found to comply in all respects with the
applicable regulations and standards made thereunder, including the Standards for the
Construction, Inspection and Operation of Barges that Carry Oil in Bulk. LIMITATIONS: This Letter of Compliance shall be valid only (a) for voyages as follows: (b) for the carriage of bulk oil cargo of flashpoint by closed cup test
