Hours of service
The BRO Internet service is available 22 hours a day, Monday to Friday, and 11 hours a day on Saturday. This service is not available 24 hours a day due to daily maintenance activities.

If you are using BRO for CRA program accounts, and also wish to register with one of our Provincial Partners, below are the timeframes of their availability.
Ontario
- Weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Eastern Time).
Nova Scotia
- 24 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, and 12:00 Noon to 12:00 Midnight on Sunday (Atlantic Time).
British Columbia
- Seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
Quebec
- Seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
