The BRO Internet service is available 22 hours a day, Monday to Friday, and 11 hours a day on Saturday. This service is not available 24 hours a day due to daily maintenance activities.

Ontario
- Weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Eastern Time).
Nova Scotia
- 24 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, and 12:00 Noon to 12:00 Midnight on Sunday (Atlantic Time).
British Columbia
- Seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
Quebec
- Seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
