Sufferance Warehouse Operators and
Sublocation Codes

This page provides the issuers of cargo control documents access to warehouse sublocation codes. The codes for each province and territory are listed alphabetically by warehouse name.

A sublocation code identifies the location of goods within a sufferance warehouse. Carriers, freight forwarders, and agents must include sufferance warehouse sublocation codes on cargo control documents. The sublocation codes are also required so we can provide electronic release notification to sufferance warehouse operators who participate in the Release Notification System.
