Corporation tax return

The T2 return is the form which all corporations have to file every tax year even if there is no tax payable. This includes:

• non-profit organizations
• tax-exempt corporations
• inactive corporations

Our service pledge

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will process 75% of T2 corporation income tax returns within 50 days, and 90% of returns within 90 days.
