Pulp and Paper - Technical Guidance

The 2005 Pulp and Paper EEM Technical Guidance Document, has been updated from the 2004 version. Revisions to the document reflect EEM requirements in response to the publication of the Regulations Amending the Pulp and Paper Effluent Regulations, advances in scientific knowledge and monitoring techniques, as well as EEM program evolution based on the results of Cycle 2.
