Designation

Pursuant to the delegation, dated December 22, 2005, from the President of the Canada Border Services Agency, I hereby designate as officers, pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(a) of the Canada Border Services Agency Act¹, the persons or person within a class of persons holding the positions set out in the attached Schedule, their supervisors and their respective successors, including in their absence, a person or officer authorized to act in the place of the holder of any such position.

This authorization comes into effect on February 16, 2005.
