Decision Review
Before we make a final decision to refuse an application for registration of a charity or to revoke the registration of an existing charity, a letter will be sent to you to explain our concerns. You will have an opportunity to make further submissions to us in advance of our final decision. Most concerns are resolved in this way.
Once a final decision has been made, if you still think we have misinterpreted the facts or applied the law incorrectly, you have the right to file a Notice of Objection. You will find information about the details of how to proceed in the letter you have received from us informing you of our final decision.
