Association canadienne d'éducation de langue française (ACELF)

ACELF has an ideal vision: an end to which all its activities are means. Although this vision naturally has to do with French-language education, it also extends to cultural identity, which teaching institutions are responsible for cultivating and passing on.

Association internationale d'études québécoises (AIEQ)

The AIEQ is dedicated to promoting and developing Québec studies in Canada and abroad.

Association of Atlantic Universities (AAU)

The Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada is the voice of Canada's universities, representing 93 Canadian public and private not-for-profit universities and university-degree level colleges.

Canadian Association for Distance Education (CADE)

CADE is a national association of professionals committed to excellence in the provision of distance education in Canada.

Canadian Association of Independent Schools (CAIS)

CAIS is an association for independent schools that operate within Canada or offer a curriculum leading to a Canadian diploma in a location outside of the country.

Canadian Association of Private Language Schools (CAPLS)

CAPLS currently represents 72 private language schools with well over 100 locations in the most prestigious cities and towns of Canada. It strives to promote Canada as a destination for foreign students wishing to study English or French as a second language and supports the creation of standards which will ensure that students enrolling in CAPLS schools will receive a high quality language training program at a quality facility.

Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE)

The Canadian Bureau for International Education (BRIE) is an umbrella non-governmental organization comprised of 200 colleges, universities, schools, school boards, educational organizations and businesses across Canada.

Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials (CICIC)

The Canadian Information Centre for International Credentials (CICIC) collects, organizes, and distributes information, and acts as a national clearing house and referral service to support the recognition and portability of Canadian and international educational and occupational qualifications.

Canadian Foundation for the Americas

The Canadian Foundation for the Americas (FOCAL) is an independent, non-governmental organization dedicated to deepening and strengthening Canada’s relations with countries in Latin America and the Caribbean through policy discussion and analysis. FOCAL’s mission is to develop a greater understanding of important hemispheric issues and to help build a stronger community of the Americas.

Council of Ministers of Education, Canada (CMEC)

CMEC is the national voice for education in Canada. It is the mechanism through which ministers consult and act on matters of mutual interest, and the instrument through which they consult and cooperate with national education organizations and the federal government.

WE link governments, non-governmental organizations and institutions, and community-based organizations with Canadian expertise, services and resources to strengthen capacity and develop local potential.
