Regulations Amending the Prohibition of Certain Toxic Substances Regulations, 2005 (Four New Fluorotelomer-based Substances)
The purpose of the proposed Order Adding Toxic Substances to Schedule 1 to the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 is to add the following substances (hereinafter referred to as the four new fluorotelomer-based substances) to Schedule 1 to the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (the Act):
