CAIS participants from British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Yukon will use a new form for 2005. It is form T1273, Statement A – Harmonized CAIS Program Information and Statement of Farming Activities for Individuals . This new form combines information previously filed on form T1163 and the CAIS Program Supplementary Information form.
