  1. What is a Web Access Code comprised of?
    The Web Access Code is comprised of six characters. Two of the characters are letters and four are numbers. The letters can be identified with an asterisk below them.

    The Web Access Code is case sensitive which means you must enter it exactly as it appears on your personalized T4 Summary form. If you do not enter the code correctly, you will not be able to access the secure areas of the Internet filing web sites.

  2. If your business did not get a Web Access Code can you still get one?
    Yes. If your company files 500 or less slips, see our Contact Information page.

  3. Can I use the same Web Access Code I used last year?
    No. A Web Access Code is only valid for one tax year. Any Web Access Codes you used in the past are no longer valid. See our Contact Information page to determine whom to contact for assistance.
