900.01 Repealed Regulations

The following Regulations are repealed:

1. the Air Regulations, C.R.C., c. 2;
2. the Canadian Aviation Document Regulations, SOR/86-595;
3. the Private Aircraft Minimum Liability Insurance Regulations, SOR/90-357;
4. the Identification of Aircraft and Other Aeronautical Products Regulations, SOR/90-590;
5. the Aircraft Marking and Registration Regulations, SOR/90-591;
6. the Airspace Structure, Classification and Use Regulations, SOR/93-458;
7. the Airport Regulations, SOR/94-613; and
8. the Aerodrome Regulations, SOR/94-614

900.02 Other Repeals

The heading "Air Regulations" (SOR/92-287) in the schedule to the Designated Provisions Regulations (SOR/86-596) and the portion of the schedule (SOR/95-504) after that heading and before the heading "Air Carrier Security Regulations (Air Regulations, Series VIII, No. 1)" are repealed.

900.03 Coming into Force

These Regulations come into force on October 10, 1996.
