About Online Requests

The Canada Revenue Agency launched Online Requests for Business in October 2002. Requests can now be sent to us electronically simply by typing your information and clicking on the "Submit request" button.

After receiving your Online Request, we may have to contact you for more information or to confirm that we've made the change you requested. Since our encryption system doesn't function on email, any follow-up will be done by telephone or regular mail.
