Hours of service

GST/HST TELEFILE is available six days a week (excluding statutory holidays) during the following hours:

• Pacific time zone
  Monday to Friday: 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  Saturday: 4:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Mountain time zone
  Monday to Friday: 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  Saturday: 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Central time zone
  Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• Eastern time zone
  Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• Atlantic time zone
  Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to midnight
  Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

• Newfoundland time zone
  Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.
  Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Service is not available 24 hours a day due to daily maintenance activities.

Please note that most of the province of Saskatchewan does not observe Daylight Savings Time. It falls under the Central time zone from the last Sunday in October to the first Sunday in April, and the Mountain time zone for the remainder of the year.
