Have I filed my submission on a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or diskette?

Have I included my e-mail address in my submission?

Is my submission tag complete and in the proper format?

Does my submission include the required encoding tag?

Am I filing an original or an amended return?

Each submission may contain multiple return types. Have you separated the returns with a corresponding summary? Please ensure that returns are separated by the return tag, as shown in the XML example.

Are all the parent and child tags in the submission properly spelled and formatted?

Does my submission end with the "submission" tag?

Do all the ampersands used in your submission meet the appropriate format?

Have I validated the entire submission by using my validating parser?
 Have I turned on the validating feature of my parser prior to checking the file?

Have I retained a copy of the information that I submitted for a period of six years?

Do all the ampersands used in my submission meet the appropriate format?

Have I validated my submission using the most recent version of the schema files?
