Medicare Services for Tourists

Where can I find information for medicare if I am a tourist on PEI?

Visitiors from within Canada do not have to pay to receive medical services. All Provinces, with the exception of Quebec, have a reciprocal billing agreement whereby the treating Province will bill the home province for the services provided.

Visitors from outside of Canada will be required to pay for medicare services provided.
