Export Distribution Centre Program (EDCP)

Under the EDCP, authorized export-oriented, non-manufacturing businesses can use a certificate to acquire or import most inventory and parts, or import a customer's goods for processing, without payment of GST/HST.

Eligible registrants who want to use the EDC certificate must apply with us for authorization. Authorizations will remain in effect for three years, unless revoked earlier, and can be renewed.
